Rules (simple)

You are asked to use carpet protectant on all areas cleaned each time (only areas that are protected by Scotchgard™ qualify for perks and discounts).
You are asked to schedule your 6 and 12 months cleaning at the time of your acceptance of the program.
400 square foot minimum
On your 6-month service, the cleaning will be FREE, but you need to pay for the Scotchgard™
We will notify you of your 6 & 12 month appointments several weeks prior to cleaning date
No furniture will be moved on the 6-month cleaning
Note: Crescent Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning will require full payment of the 6-month cleaning if the 12-month cleaning is not completed as scheduled.
48 hour cancellation notice is required on all appointments.
